Adapt D&B LLP is a Singapore-based consultancy specializing in Environmental Sustainability Design (ESD) Consultancy Services, such as Indoor Air Quality, Acoustics, Lighting and Carbon consultancy for commercial fit-outs. We partner with Interior Designers, builders, and developers to deliver sustainable, code-compliant interior environments.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who wants to own a market — to become the name IDs and builders reach for when ESD for interiors comes up. You will build real relationships, not just close transactions. As an early hire, you will have genuine autonomy, direct founder access, and a role that grows with the firm.

What You Will Do

• Identify and build lasting relationships with Interior Designers, contractors, builders, and developers

• Position Adapt D&B as the go-to ESD partner for interior fit-out projects across Singapore

• Engage prospective clients through presentations and proposal discussions, showcasing certification pathways and value-added sustainability solutions

• Manage a project pipeline, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the technical team on scoping

• Represent the firm at industry events and grow your professional network actively

• Contribute to a range of business initiatives beyond core sales activities, working collaboratively with the team to support company growth and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

 

Who We Are Looking For

• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and holds themselves accountable

• Someone who builds genuine, long-term client relationships — not transactional ones

• Existing networks with Interior Designers, contractors, or builders is a strong advantage

• Comfortable stepping beyond a defined scope — resourceful and adaptable

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a bonus

• Prior BD or sales experience in construction, interior design, or a built environment field is preferred

• Familiarity with sustainability or green building certifications such as BCA Green Mark, LEED, WELL, EDGE or ESD concepts will be advantageous
