Khairi Syafiq

Khairi leads Adapt D&B with over 11 years of experience in intelligent lighting technologies, control systems integration, and regional business development. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions that optimise and transform spaces for clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Engineering Physics from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. His expertise spans applied sciences, systems engineering, smart lighting, and intelligent control systems for green building projects, enabling seamless integration of technology with sustainable design.

 

Before joining Adapt D&B, Khairi spent a decade at Signify Singapore (formerly Philips Lighting), progressing from Systems Engineer to Partner Manager. He led business development for smart lighting solutions, developed technical proof-of-concepts, supported project bids, and shaped regional partner ecosystems across Southeast Asia.

 

As Strategic Growth and Impact Lead, Khairi drives business development and partnerships, helping clients implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, cost savings, growth, and environmental performance.
