Lauren leads Adapt D&B with over 13 years of experience in architectural lighting and sustainable design across the Asia-Pacific. She delivers high-performance, environmentally responsible projects from concept to completion, integrating innovation and sustainability at every stage.
She has held senior roles in business development and sustainability advisory, bringing expertise in greenhouse gas emissions, energy management, and sustainability strategies. Lauren’s knowledge spans multiple frameworks, including Green Mark, LEED, WELL, EDGE, Green Star, and NABERS, and her technical experience covers public infrastructure, heritage sites, commercial and lifestyle developments, and green-certified buildings.
Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as Shaw Tower Redevelopment (GM Platinum SLE, WELL Gold), Paya Lebar Green (GM Platinum SLE, WELL Silver), Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Marina Bay restaurants, Customs House Sydney and Sydney Harbour Bridge. She collaborates closely with architects, designers, engineers, developers, and asset managers to deliver practical, high-impact sustainability solutions.
Lauren has a Master of Architectural Science from the University of Sydney and is an Accredited EDGE Expert, Green Mark Accredited Professional (SGBC GMAP), Accredited Interior Designer (SIDAS Class 1), International Lighting Designer (Design IALD) and Competent Indoor Air Quality Manager (WSQ).
